Terms of use

Your photos

Only upload photos you have permission to use. By uploading, you confirm that you have the right to use every photo and that every person shown is an adult who agreed to appear. Do not submit photos of children, nonconsensual or sexual content, or anything unlawful. Uploads are checked automatically and may be rejected.

What the service makes

MemeVideoMaker creates short, vertical (9:16) MP4 meme video parodies at 720p or 1080p resolution with synchronized audio. Two creation formats are supported:

• Solo: one photo replaces the central character or lead role.
• Multi-person / Band: up to five individual portraits or a group photo mapped to performers across the scene.

AI generation maps facial geometry onto structured motion templates. Exact likeness is influenced by photo quality and results vary between runs. Review the output before you share it, and label it as AI-generated.

Payment and credits

Credits can be purchased as one-time packs or through monthly subscription plans:

• Credit packs start from $9.90 for 100 credits (standard 15-second 720p videos cost 90 credits; 1080p costs 150 credits). Pack credits never expire.
• Monthly subscription plans start from $7.99/mo (billed annually).
• If a generation fails due to a technical error, the consumed credits are refunded automatically and immediately. Cash-refund eligibility is described in the refund policy.

Referral program

You can invite friends with a personal link and earn points that convert into video credits. Rewards, limits and reversals are set out in the referral program rules. Referral points and the credits they become have no cash value, cannot be refunded or transferred, and can be withheld or reversed for abuse or if a referred order is refunded or disputed. We may pause or change the program; credits already added to your account are not affected.

Retention

Uploaded photos are kept in temporary sandboxes and deleted within 24 hours. Finished videos are retained for 30 days. Download your video before it expires.

Independence

MemeVideoMaker is an independent parody and video tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, NPR, or any featured artist or creator. Do not use generated videos to impersonate anyone, mislead viewers or suggest an endorsement.

Acceptable use and termination

We may refuse, remove or stop generating content that breaks these terms, and suspend accounts used for abuse. The service is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law.
