• Camera angle and pose: Verifies that faces are front-facing or within a natural tilt angle (±20°), filtering out extreme profiles or steep bird's-eye views.
• Facial occlusion: Flags obstructions including sunglasses, heavy fringe covering the eyes, face masks, scarves, or hands covering facial landmarks.
• Resolution and clarity: Ensures the source image has sufficient pixel density (minimum 320px on the shortest edge) to preserve recognizable likeness.

If the checker flags an issue, you receive immediate feedback and the opportunity to upload a better photo without deducting credits or requiring payment.

What qualifies for an objective quality redo?

• Severe facial misalignment: The synthetic face is severely displaced from the performer's body, floats outside anatomical boundaries, or exhibits extreme geometric tearing.
• Missing performers or slot assignment error: In 5-piece Band Mode, an uploaded photo was omitted from the concert lineup, or band roles were scrambled contrary to the submitted slot configuration due to a pipeline mapping failure.
• Corrupted video output: The final MP4 file exhibits persistent playback stutter, broken video container encoding, black screen freezes, or audio desynchronization exceeding 2 seconds from the licensed funk master track.

What does not qualify?

• Subjective aesthetic dissatisfaction: "I do not like my smile," "the vibe feels different than expected," or general stylistic caricature preferences.
• Issues caused by bypassed warnings: If you upload a blurry, pixelated, heavily shadowed, or side-angle photo despite the pre-purchase quality check warning, the resulting likeness degradation is expected and ineligible for a redo.
• Expired videos: Video links expire 24 hours after completion. Unclaimed or expired downloads do not qualify for a replacement allowance.

How to request a redo review

1. Within 24 hours of generation (before video storage expiration), navigate to My Creations.
2. Click Report a problem beside the affected video, or email support@memevideomaker.org with your account email and Task ID.
3. Our review team verifies the render logs and visual artifacts. If an objective defect is confirmed, one replacement video allowance is credited to your account for a free re-render.

4. 7-day cash refund policy for unused packages

You may request a 100% cash refund for your first paid package under the following strict conditions:

• The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date.
• Zero video allowances have been consumed from that package. If even one allowance has been used to generate or attempt a completed video, the entire package is ineligible for a cash refund.
• Cash refunds apply only to your first purchase. Subsequent package purchases are final.
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds on partially used packages. Any unused credits from a partially consumed package remain in your account balance and never expire.
• Referral points and credits earned from referrals are not refundable. They are not part of the package being refunded, so having them does not change whether a package is eligible.

How cash refunds are processed

Send your original Stripe receipt or order number along with your registered account email to support@memevideomaker.org. Do not disclose credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, the refunded funds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days. This policy does not waive or limit statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable local laws.
